Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Thelma K Reisman Preschool. We are currently near capacity for the 2021-2022 school year with very limited class space available under the COVID-19 safe space regulations. We still invite you to use this form to join our waitlist. Please let us know your specific educational needs for your child and we will be in touch with you as soon as we receive your wait-list application to let you know if there is room or when we will be able to alert you about space.

Are you interested in extending your child's day if health and safety guidelines allow us to increase school hours?

If you are interested in an earlier drop off or extending your child's hours beyond 8am to 4pm, please let us know, by selecting yes or no above.

We will contact all families who have selected yes and are interested if our school is able to offer an earlier drop off or longer hours in the future. Currently, 8am to 4pm will be the longest day offered for the 2021-2022 school year; however this could change.

We will continue to monitor all health and safety guidelines from state licensing and our local health dept, as these guidelines directly impact our school's schedule and offerings.

WAIT-LIST AGREEMENT
AND TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT

A $250 deposit is required with your application (deposit is refundable if a spot does not open by August 5).

Open preschool slots are filled on a first come first serve basis according to age level and schedule availability.

Once your child's enrollement is confirmed, payment plan arrangements will be made with the Beth El office. $155 will be applied to school tuition, $95 is a non-refundable administrative registration fee.

If the registration is cancelled prior to June 1, 2021, $155 will be returned.

If the registration is cancelled after June 1, 2021, there will be no return of the deposit (you may roll the deposit over to other charges on your account).

Once the school year has begun, if a child is withdrawn from the program (in whole or in part) prior to December 31, 2021 half of the program’s tuition (less the $250 deposit) will be returned.

If a child is withdrawn after December 31, 2021 (in whole or in part), there will be no refund of tuition.

Please note: Congregation Beth El incurs a fee for processing every credit card transaction from the bank and/or credit card company. Therefore your bill will reflect a convenience fee for credit card transactions. This fee will be used exclusively to pay the banks and/or credit card company fees . Beth El does not profit from the fees. There is no fee for using the e-check option.
