Policies and Procedures for Outdoor Family Services

In order to maintain safety and well-being, it is imperative that everyone participating agree to follow these policies and procedures.  

By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read this document and will abide by it.

1. There are a limited number of slots for these gatherings.
2. This event will take place in the parking lot.  Parking will be limited. Guests should park in the first rows of the parking lot.
3. Everyone attending above the age of 2 must be masked at all times.
4. Social distance of six feet must be maintained between households.  It is important that parents keep their children close.
5. No bathroom facilities will be available.
6. Twenty-four hours before, those registered will receive a reminder email with a health checklist you must complete in order to attend.
7. Please bring your own chairs or blankets.
8. The weather may be cool so plan to dress warmly.
9. In the event of rain, these outdoor services will be canceled.
