Shalom and welcome to Congregation Beth El, an egalitarian, inclusive Conservative synagogue. I have been directing Beth El's Thelma K. Reisman Preschool and summer Mini-Camp program for children ages two to five since 2002.

I am a native of West Orange, NJ, and previously taught elementary school in West Orange and nursery school at the JCC Metrowest in West Orange for 20 years. I was an assistant director of the JCC Early Childhood Department and directed the Early Childhood Program at the JCC in Whippany, NJ.

I am proud to be a recent graduate of the Mandel Education Institute, a highly selective national program for advanced training of school directors, with a focus on bringing innovative teaching methods back to the classroom.
